How to delete your data

If you connected Facebook or Instagram

Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find NEXUS and press Remove. Facebook tells NEXUS, and NEXUS removes the connection — its access tokens and the Page and Instagram account ids — from every brand you connected. You get a confirmation code and a page that shows the request's status.

You can also disconnect Meta from inside NEXUS under Config → Integrations.

To delete your NEXUS account and everything in it

The account's owner can ask below. NEXUS records the request straight away with a confirmation code, and deletes the account, its brands and everything made for them within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

Sign in as the account's owner to ask, or write to us from the email on the account.

If you were a lead a business recorded

Ask that business — it controls that record. It can remove you from NEXUS, or ask us to.
