Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains what NEXUS collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect only what we need to run your AI agency.

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, login credentials. Brand data: the brand details, website, social links, and documents you provide during onboarding. Generated data: the audits, plans, and creatives NEXUS produces for you. Usage data: basic logs to keep the Service reliable and secure.

2. How we use it

To run NEXUS for your brand — building your Brand Brain, auditing your public presence, and producing deliverables — and to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. AI processing

Your brand context is sent to AI models to generate output. We use providers under data-processing terms; NEXUS does not sell your data. Where possible, processing runs on infrastructure we control.

4. Public & third-party data

NEXUS reads publicly available information (your live website, public social profiles, public competitor and ad-library data) to perform audits. It does not access private accounts without your explicit connection/authorisation.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run NEXUS (hosting, AI, email), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

6. Retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it on request or after closure, subject to legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data through your account or by contacting us.

8. Contact

For privacy requests, reach us through your account or our support channel.

This is a plain-language template for NEXUS's launch and is not legal advice — have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it.
