Welcome to NEXUS. By creating an account or using NEXUS, you agree to these Terms. NEXUS is an AI-powered marketing service ("the Service") that audits your brand, plans growth, and produces marketing deliverables for your review and approval.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must own or be authorised to manage the brand(s) you onboard.

2. What NEXUS does — and doesn't

NEXUS produces drafts, recommendations, and creatives. You review and approve everything before it is published or acted upon. NEXUS does not auto-publish to your channels or spend ad budget without your explicit action. AI output can be imperfect — you are responsible for what you choose to publish.

3. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the brand information you provide. Deliverables NEXUS generates for you (captions, creatives, plans) are yours to use for your business. You grant NEXUS permission to process your brand data to provide the Service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use NEXUS for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to violate the terms of third-party platforms (e.g. by misusing automated access). NEXUS gathers only publicly available competitive intelligence.

5. Third-party services & AI

NEXUS relies on third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Availability and output quality may vary. We may change models and features to improve the Service.

6. Plans, trials & changes

During early access the Business plan is free. We may introduce paid plans with notice. We may modify or discontinue features.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. NEXUS is not liable for business outcomes, marketing results, or decisions you make based on its output. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

8. Termination

You may stop using NEXUS anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
